Droid-Life IRC is based off of Yaaic (Yet Another Android IRC Client) which is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) Client.

Yaaic is Open Source! (GPL)
Offical homepage:
http://www.yaaic.org

Droid-Life nor Rob Shad claims to have created this IRC Client. It is a slightly modified version of the original code tailored to the Droid Life IRC Network.

****** This is meant to be used for only the Droid-Life IRC Network, it has a server restriction so you may only use the Droid-Life IRC network. ******

Thank you to the follow people for help by testing:

New Project

Two days ago I started working on a new project. Hopefully it will be finished in the next few days. I’m getting excited about it with how close it is. It should be a big hit with people using a Droid 1. I plan on expanding the project to other Droid devices. But for now thats what it will be for.

Last night I was unable to activate my phone after I changed the Motorola M on boot. So when dialing *228 didn’t work, I tried to use the verizon website, and that failed to work as well. So here are the steps I took:

1) At the screen where you touch the android, touch the four corners of the screen starting with the top left and moving clockwise. Make sure to touch in the black area. This will take you to the home screen.

2) Open the dialer and dial ##PROGRAM (##7764726) then hit send.

3) Enter the SPC code 000000 (six zeros).

4) Select User Activation

5) For MDN and MTN enter your 10-digit phone number.

6) For CDMA SYS ID enter 31082.

7) Return back to the home screen then reboot your phone.
